Hey everyone,

I would like to put forward a suggestion about the recruitment process!

Instead of having a main and co-recruiter why dont we have a system where wanna be members are invited only.... for example:

> a person whos interested registers with the site
> gets to now all the other members
> after a month or two once theyve had time to proof themselves as people and gamers we put forward them to DJ and Tryplex and they make the final desicion on whether they should be crowned with the AE tags!

How does that sound??

Well sounds good i guess but most people we recruit we've already played wif for some time right? so than we already know if they're gd and they mostly already know the members!

ive had loadsa peeps wanting to join of late... im jus tellin them to register and send a joining form in...
